Included scope

• One business and one supported inbox, in English.
• Up to 300 new eligible inbound messages per service month, 5 categories, and 25 approved FAQ entries.
• Triage, inquiry records, grounded reply drafts, and follow-up flags.
• One 30-minute handoff and 30 minutes per month of support or minor knowledge and routing edits.

Your team reviews and sends every reply. Questions outside approved information are routed to a person. We confirm email-platform compatibility before purchase; support for another platform is not assumed.

Each new eligible message counts once, including a later message in a thread. Retries, duplicates, and obvious spam filtered before processing are excluded. Phone, SMS, social inboxes, automatic sending, bookings, refunds, payment decisions, attachment OCR, multilingual service, migrations, and custom integrations need a separate scope.

Before you pay

We confirm your tools, agreed scope, activation timing, and any required new or premium software licenses in writing before purchase. Standard setup, standard automation runtime, and AI usage are included within the limits below. You retain your existing business email, domain, and other business subscriptions.

Launch pilot and renewal

This launch listing is for one 30-day pilot at the published monthly price. Payment follows scope acceptance. The service period begins on accepted activation. The first two pilot clients do not renew automatically; continuing requires a separate written choice. Ongoing service is month-to-month, paid in advance, with cancellation before the next renewal and service through the paid period. If we cannot deliver the accepted standard scope, we refund the Built on Prompt service payment. Results and revenue are not guaranteed.

Care and support

Automatic error alerts, a weekly manual review, and a monthly usage or quality note are included. Minor-change time does not roll over. Fixes to defects in the agreed setup are included and do not use that allowance. Contact support@builtonprompt.com. We aim to acknowledge support within two business days, Monday–Friday, Central time, excluding holidays.

We notify you at 80% usage. At the limit, additional items are handled manually while extra automation pauses. There are no automatic overage charges. An approved additional capacity block is $49 per month for up to 300 extra messages and corresponding records on the same tested workflow; one block at launch, no rollover.

All prices are USD before applicable taxes. This is a remotely delivered service; nothing is shipped.
